Raphaël A.^FR is a freelance designer who has collaborated with studios such as Alliage, NEWFORMAT and Studio Dumbar. His work spans both static graphic design and animation, with a focus on concept-driven graphic systems. He works fluidly between 2D and 3D, combining these approaches to craft thoughtful and engaging design experiences. He has worked for clients such as the Centre National d’Art Contemporain, La Station — Gare des Mines and Horst Festival.

Beyond commissioned work, Raphaël's artistic practice focuses on immersive audiovisual installations and AV live performances inspired by video game aesthetics and internet subcultures. His research investigates the mythologies and fictions of digital spaces. This work includes Down the Rabbit Hole, a research book, and the audiovisual installation Failure of Presence. Raphael has also been coordinating the Brussels antenna of the community project LYL Radio for three years.
